We are so proud and excited to welcome Kirsten Thomson to the UK team full time.
Kirsten has been working part time in Glasgow since March of 2013 while attending the University of the West of Scotland.
After three years of attendance she earned a degree in Human Resource Management and decided to continue furthering her education to receive a higher standard. She just completed her studies with First Class Honors Degree- BA Human Resource Management. Throughout her studies she also became accredited CIPD (Charted Institute of Personal Development) with a UK HR professional organization.
Kirsten is very anxious to get started and implement her degree in her full time position. She stated, “To be working part time with a global company while attending university is an incredible experience and I am extremely grateful for the opportunity. The support the company has given me over the past year, while I juggled university and work, is greatly appreciated.”
We at The Global Edge family are so proud of Kirsten’s accomplishments and determination to attend school while supporting the office in Glasgow. We are all excited for her to take her experience and education and apply it to her HR role in the UK as well as assisting our Cape Town and Australia offices. We know there are great things ahead for Kirsten.
